Happy International Yoga Day to everyone.
Fitness is the only mantra in this war with the Covid19 and what better way to stay fit than doing Yoga.
A small presentation of different asanas by the students of Yoga Class at ‪@nrityarhythmdanceinstitute4265‬ on the occasion of World Yoga Day 2021.
Due to the ongoing pandemic situation all our classes are being conducted online. Thus in this presentation most of the students participated from their respective homes.
A number of them could not participate due to health issues and we wish for their speedy recovery.
