Hii! The school is Rishikesh Yogpeth/House of Om India - yes I felt very safe the whole time, (always take safety precautions everywhere you go) and you can get a taxi from the airport straight to the ashram too!

If u r interested in imbibing the essence of what YOGA really is u've to nd I can't stess this enough HAVE TO , just HAVE TO visit Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, India U've to understand Yoga was always imparted under the guidance of an enlightened being, it's not just some course that u can learn in a few months ......you've to imbibe & become YOGA.
