This yoga flow will transform your tight hamstrings and help you finally touch your toes! We'll work on both strength and flexibility with special stretches to get you there faster.

In this 15-minute hamstring yoga practice, we'll work to lengthen and open up your hamstrings to get you more flexible faster. Even if you're a beginner yogi, don't worry! The key to this shortcut is to work on both strengthening and lengthening the hamstring muscles so that they can release and relax. You may like to have two yoga blocks handy for this class to help with some of our hamstring stretches.

I love this one! I’ve been looking for a comprehensive workout for hamstrings and this was perfect! Thank you! I’d love more core strength workouts if that something you could put together. I saw you on a pic from the retreat! Thank you for the info you sent out on YFS. I joined in April and I’m completely obsessed!

Great job sticking with it! Cramping is usually just a bit of neural confusion, but it shows us where our body can do with a bit more strength! 😉

After 2 weeks of sciatic pain on my left hip/ lower back with no relief from regular stretching.. I did this ONE time and its gone. Will continue to do this on a regular basis..thank you..😊

My hamstrings have always been tight. Now that my hips are much better, I should pay a little bit more attention to those problematic hamstrings of mins 😀 Thanks for this timely practice Joëlle!🙏🏼
