Same. Exactly one year ago I tried to kill me, because I was suffering of depression... but something hold me back! Since then I did Yoga everyday and here I am today. So much happier and healthier. Thank you! :D

Thank you boho beautiful! Life changeing transformation has happend. I am a mother of a two children and for 5 years I couldn't imagine that can get again in shape. I started intensive workouts for 4 monthd. I exersize literally every morning and do the splits few times a week in the evenings. Since then I have losed almost 10kg and gained power to go threw exersizes without a brake. I cant wait next morning becouse of your yoga practise. I plan to gain whole splits in 3 months, FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. And now eat almost only plantfood and feel much greater than ever before. I had bad back pains previously which is the reason why I started to follow the Boho. Even thow I do the same sitting work 8hours a day and drive car each day 2,5h still now the back is not hurting any more! THANK YOU, YOU ARE SO IMPORTANT!

I practice nearly every morning before I go to work and you have helped change my life for the better and my health has gotten so much better. The best part is they are quick and effective...so as a mom of 4, these make it easier for me to make "working out" part of my self care. And I feel so much more confident when I do! My husband told me this morning whatever I am doing it's working... YES!!!!!!

Very excited. I've been doing your workouts almost every day now for about a month, starting with the leg slimming challenge and now on the ab challenge. Though it's subtle I can definitely see more definition and muscle tone, but most importantly, I feel a significant difference in my strength and endurance, and it makes me feel very powerful. I love it and can't wait to continue working out with you.

One of my favourite workout so far❤ I've been trying to exercise for so long, but I've always failed, I hated all these cardio, intense workout, fat killer and so on : D When I found your yoga workout I thought: that's it!! It's exactly what I want to practise, it makes me so relaxed, peace and so strong and now I know I don't give up with exercising because it's so pleasing! I really like it I don't have to push myself to do it, even I can't wait to do my yoga practise in the evening after whole day of studying, it's the best part of my day when I devote my time only to my body and mind. Love u so much❤❤❤

I love my full-length yoga classes, and sometimes I feel like I need them to get a proper workout. Which is why I love your videos so much. If I only have 15-20 minutes, I can still get a good workout! Thank you for always challenging me. Just as I think my arm strength has improved, I do one of your quick videos and realize that even in that short amount of time, you manage to work me so hard I need to take a break or two. Brilliant. It always gives me something to work towards, and to re-do a video I needed loads of breaks from a couple months later and see I don't have to take any breaks anymore is so rewarding! And one day I'll have arms like yours.. And legs. And abs. And butt. Not that that's what's important, strength and health is my main goal, but it wouldn't hurt ;)

Haaaaiiiii! I love this!!! I hate cardio workouts and intensive workouts i actually get sick of it and i talked to my doctor and said i need to do more calm workouts like yoga and i just found this ! Its calming and i have more energy. I just want to say THANK YOU .❤❤❤
