This utterance or expressing Lords name in various forms and dimension awakens the soul which is in another word ( Surya or Sun energy ) Sun represent vitality strength. You don't get immune system tuning instantly it takes some time to activate your Surya. Shiva is also Pluto Lord of Yama. For a real immunity booster look for their drink (with ginger, honey, warm water, turmeric, black pepper). That also takes a lot of time. It is not an overnight process.
