Hello everyone, welcome to day 2 of our 14-day yoga flexibility challenge, today we focus on 'psoas muscle and quad stretches', both these areas tend to tighten up when we sit, stand, run or cycle a lot, so I know almost everyone can benefit from this gentle yoga stretching routine.
The yoga asana stretching exercises we’ll be focusing on are:
High lunge/ Crescent lunge/ low lunge (Anjaneyasana)
Bow pose (Dhanurasana)
Enjoy friends and remember to add this class to your weekly stretching routine in order to get the most out of it. All will come with time and practice, becoming flexible doesn’t happen overnight, so be patient and enjoy the journey ;)
