I am practicing this for 3 months but I couldn't even pull up and on which I lack arm strength... Actually I am 13 years may be flexibility is may be a bit easy .And I have attained chakrasa . though I don't have arm flexibility as I could not do ashtanga pose but i attained chakrasa. Thank u very much.i just tried one time whether I can .Just I did one time and finshed yoga I didn't do second time. When I did I got some fear but I just completed. I felt very happy . Really effective way of explaining, very practical. Especially the seventh one. Now I understood my problem is arm strength, I can come up from ashtanga with some difficulty and maybe that's why I'm not able to lift my head off floor in chakrasana, not able to extend my arms. So I need to work on shoulder strength. Thank you. You are a great teacher

While coming down until head I am coming in balanced way, but from head to flat position I sometimes feel unbalanced. Can you please let me know where I doing it wrong

Hi Neha! Great 7 days of yoga! I have been following it as per your instructions. However, I have a few questions. After day 4 I felt my spine is becoming very flexible, however I am still not able to pull my self up completely while doing the chakrasana. I feel my shoulders need a bit more strength. Should I keep practicing all 6 days over and over? It becomes too long to follow all the days and by the end of it my body is tired to come in the posture. What would you suggest? Should I continue from day 1-6 everyday and then try day 7?
