@@YogaVistaTV 73, been working out since 1980. Yoga, pilates, kettlebells, free weights, and kick boxing, was surprised that the next day, after doing this, i felt as though i had been lifting weights, sore as heck. Love it. Thanks fr american expat, living in panama
