I have realized that the best thing you can do on this planet is to make other living beings' life better , be it humans or animals ( in no matter how small way) A smile to the stranger on the road, a little help for someone in distress, a simple call to a friend who's struggling in a relationship, a call to you old parents, volunteer work, helping someone fill up a form etc these all things add up Because pain and struggle is a constant in life, everyone is going through the pain in some way. So thank you all people who strive to make someone's day better. All the positive acts does create a positive energy. Remember God/spirit is energy and its everywhere, even right beside you right now and knows what you are thinking at the moment. Love you guys. Remember the message. Hope you help someone today.

For 5yrs my neighbour has been bullying me, harassing and threatening me... have felt Very revengeful towards him ... however,Yoganandaji has been Very Graceful and passed a message on to me on leaving revenge...
