So, likewise if someone's gender is different than gender assigned at birth, then they're trans. If it's the same as birth gender, then cis. So men and women are two types, cis men and women and trans men and women. Probably, you're a cis gender man. And I'm a woman coz my brain has the gender identity of a woman. Now I was born a man. So it's different, so I am trans woman. You don't have to get operation for being trans. There's no choice, we're trans bcz our gender is different than our body. And before operation we have to take hormone, estrogen in my case. So, it's not just sex reassignment surgery, it's also hormone therapy. Estrogen makes body hair lesser, skin more soft and light, face reconstruct as rounded as women, breast development and fat redistribution in hip area. So, hormones are more important than Surgery. I hope, you understand now. Sorry, I talk a lot🤭
