I often have tension triggered headaches and migraines. I know I'm going to visit this video a lot in the future. Also I discovered your channel when I was going through my worst upper body pains. I watched your 15 min neck, shoulders, upper back routine so much that I've memorized it now. I love your videos, they feel so welcoming.

This short sequence has been a literal miracle for me! This is my go -to for instant pain and tension relief. I own a cleaning company and my upper body/neck/ head almost always hurts. I love the feeling of euphoria I get from this practice as well. You are a blessing Paula. Thanks so much.

im 33 and had migraine since i was 16. A long and painful journey with self blaming with my own body and pain, learning to self regulate and withdraw the help of pain killers for a few years. And your practices helps me to smooth my pain! : > Thankyouuuuuu from the bottom of my heart

Excellent sequence which shifted an energy blockage I must have been holding onto - I could feel the energy pulsating down my left side as I entered a incredibly calm meditative state during the shivasna. Thank you for sharing your expert practices.

I’ve had a blocked ear and sinus issues for the last 3 months. This is heavily due to working out frequently and not taking the recovery process seriously. Thank you for this video it’s the first one I’ve found which specifically targets these areas. Doing yoga consistently from now on!

Had a tension headache that would keep me awake, and wouldn't go away with water, food, rest, limited screen time, or medicine. Did this and genuinely feel much more revived and less tension and ache.

Much needed practice for someone like me, after the intense boxing workout. My shoulders are killing me causing head ache. This practice helped me to relieve the pain 🙏

I’m a classical flautist currently in a masters program. I’m constantly practicing, rehearsing, performing, etc. It’s a strain on my body, and I’ve been having the worst tension headaches for months along with tightness in the shoulders and hands. This practice was amazing, so much physical and emotional tension released. Thank you so much for this!!

I have been following yoga with Paula since the beginning of lockdown. I love all of your practices but struggle with the broken wing pose. I find it really uncomfortable between my very large book and the arm that's outstretched. Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks

I tried this with a sinus infection and the pose at 10:30 gave me relief from my stuffed nose for the first time in 3 days. Thank you Paula!

Do you do salt water nasal rinses? That will get rid of your sinus suffering.

This and another video of yours have helped me through the pains in my head neck shoulders and torso this last week of a painful bout of flu/ detox so no meds needed as I'm finally feeling less pain doing the practice today and so much more wellbeing! Magical indeed thank you, a beautiful relaxing voice and great instructions so I could do most with my eyes closed. Loved the savasana time you stay with us too - a real comfort blanket and precious practice 🧡

I have chronic cervicogenic headaches due to a back injury several years ago. This practice gives immediate relief. If I wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating headaches and muscle tightness I make myself get out of bed and just sit on the floor by my bed and do this. It is hard to get up, but this definitely makes me feel so much better so I can actually go back to sleep. I also love the one for neck, shoulders and upper back. Any others of this type that you are interested in doing are immensely welcome! I have subscribed to your channel. Thank you so much!

I had an intense migraine 2 days ago due to my neck and shoulder tension, and since then have just had a dull annoying headache I can't kick. This 20 minutes provided more relief than painkillers

Have saved this, my go-to if I’m home and feel a headache coming on, as a preventative. Also, great if I’m too late and need relief as I’m waiting for pain killers to kick in when a headache is in full force. Tonight, I did this class to wind down before starting a 28km hike with a full pack tomorrow. My neck and shoulders will thank me for 😊

I had a massive headache on the back of my skull for two days. I did this video and like 10 minutes in I broke out in a heat rash, all of skin and face and arms were on fire! My skin dried out and I was instantly dehydrated. I'm not sure what that was all about, but after this video and a few glasses of water my headache is 95% gone. Thank you!
