now you see what i mean about "breathe" inhale and relax. meditation helps. even in my pain. meditation helps. sit relax and palms out and on side, and breathe slowly. in and out and think..then you will understand.. if not done daily it makes me feel unwell even. like some with exercise, same as some of us with meditations. :) smiles.

Thank you for your reply. If one does not have a satguru can one just meditate and keep praying and would some guru find me in The Eternal Now even if I do not know him or get to meet him in person? Could the guidance be given by speaking to the heart if there is no way to be in person?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath10 жыл бұрын
God always hears us when we speak from our hearts. The Guru appears when the disciple is ready, so be ready. God brings the Guru and the disciple together when it is time. The fruit is picked when it is ripe. 3~HY

***** I would also like to know about other yogi's/asians from china, etc that have supposedly lived 200 years, 300 years or more like Babaji? How did they live so long, especially the ones who weren't practitioners of kriya?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath10 жыл бұрын
Chad Warren You should come and ask Yogiraj this question personally since its far too vast and deep a subject to discuss properly on the comments page. Many great masters have lived for centuries like Trailanga Swami and Totapuri. 3~HY

Question - Since an overweight person uses more breaths in a day, does that mean he is at a disadvantage when doing Kriya Yoga? And his chances of crossing immortality are low?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath4 жыл бұрын
No. Kriya takes care of it all. A kriya practioner always has the advantage ॐ

@Grainnie310 жыл бұрын
So if one could stay in the presence of the satguru, one would not need Kriya Yog?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath10 жыл бұрын
Well yes and no. We must make our own effort, but in the presence of a SatGuru, everything is accelerated. One's consciousness is automatically evolved by being directly in contact with the SatGuru; like walking in the sunshine bathes you in warmth and light. 3~HY
@galactus19210 жыл бұрын
Here is what I don't get. If what you say about having a total set number of breaths for a lifetime is true, wouldn't this mean that athletes would always live a LOT shorter? Like 45-50 years??? But that isn't the case clearly , so what am I missing?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath10 жыл бұрын
Chad Warren Each soul, according to its karma, has a certain number; not everyone has the same number, the number of breaths is allotted according to each individual. If you breath slower, you will live longer. If you do the spinal breathing of Kriya Yog, you will live longer still.
@donalddangelravis615010 жыл бұрын
***** So if I breath fastly say 2 or 3 breaths in place of one breath always I will die 3 times sooner than I am supposed to die? So if my normal death comes at 100 years, if I take three breaths in place of one I live only live for 33 years.could this be proven scientifically?
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath10 жыл бұрын
Donald Dangelravis We all must enter and exit at our appointed time which is already known; so don't get too caught up in the math or intellectual computations of numbers of breaths. Just get the technique of Kriya Yog and, via the 'spinal breath', extend that which you were given. 3~HY

Thank you sir
@sagnikdashgupta10905 жыл бұрын
@@donalddangelravis6150 Actually, you may. There is a saying that angry person receives death faster, it is because, the breath frequency is higher than normal.
@jonnyplat81178 жыл бұрын
I got confused does he mean warding off,controlling point of physical death or death occurs and the recent life's consciousness is transferred to spirit realm for a master to carry on, or transfer consciously and reborn in a babies body.
@YogirajSatGurunathSiddhanath8 жыл бұрын
+jonny plat SatGurunath is not talking about rebirth at all. He is simply stating that the Kriya Yogi has a reserve of life breaths that allow a conscious passage into death, which is Samadhi. Conscious death is Samadhi ~3~

No of course not; sports are part of your karma and good health. Activity and exercise are important. It does not contradict what Kriya Yog Pranayam is doing. Don't get caught up in the details that stresses you out. Don't make a mental muddle of it. Its simple. Live your life naturally and devote yourself to your sadhanna; breathing for God ॐ
