Hybrid fibre vs full fibre. FTTH or FTTP is fibre from the house to the cab, to the head end (exchange). Hybrid fibre is coax from the house/premises to the cab, then fibre to the head end.

Regarding media and the Post office scandal; Computer Weekly first broke this story in the late 90s. Private Eye have been running following up stories and investigative reports for more than a decade in pretty much every single issue of theirs. Other reporters from the BBC and trade papers also did follow ups. This isn't a question of media not being interested in the story; it is a question of how our political class and legal system simply didn't give a shit. It's only because it's an election year that the Tories are running around seemingly giving a fuck now

boogie is a pathological liar and that "documentary" was a puff piece by a creator who works with these people to raise their views and engagement, legitimately. It should not be viewed as honest or earnest.

I dont know if there is an exact reason, but this episode made me quite sad. Combination of Pyrion's bad start of the year, Boogie's stuff, and the rest I guess. I know it's not that serious, but I did notice Sips not laughing at the "girlfriend is a bitch" punchline, and that helped a bit. I know you're just people and have bad days but especially around heavy subjects like this, the usual harmless bit of misoginy was just tiring and more depressing.

I can't say I found this episode to be depressing or upsetting in any way. Though some minor, unconnected things just stack up, and eventually set you off for seemingly no reason. It's normal.
