The teleport could have gotten him killed, like with Lewis, but he got lucky and spawned facing Lewis with a golden gun. Seemed like everyone was pretty much fine with it. So I don't understand the audience salt.

I love how Spiff found the ONE way to still lose karma in the round where Ben told him if he managed to gain karma he would reset it, and all Spiff had to do was kill innocents and not the jester who he KNEW was Duncan. xD
