At the end of that round, only Zoey (Traitor) and Duncan (Innocent) were alive. Duncan had Lewis' detonator. When Duncan randomly decided to press that detonator, Zoey was standing over Lewis' body and was killed in the explosion.

@@babaloo55555 Nope. Lewis body is in the corner where Duncan was standing, Zoey was next to the car (near Trotts body) to Duncan's right (The corner being on his left) I assume what happened is that when Duncan pressed the detonator it bugged and and exploded the only other living person.
