They haven't. It has been suspended indefinitely due to cast members and helpers no longer being available. It will return in the distant future after they have found replacements, produced a good number of episodes before hand and are happy with the quality of each episode produced.

I can't help but feel the coffee machine from yoglabs is a reference to shadow of Israphel. The way they can never get it to work and they have to update it constantly. They'd be fools not to return to the series anyway and I believe sjiin leaked something about Israphel recently.

Apparently the world they used got corrupted or something (probably because of the updates). This would explain why they haven't been able to do any lately as I imagine it would take A LOT of time to rebuild all that.

The world wasn't corrupted, and even if ONE of the worlds were i'm pretty sure there must be another one because, haha, it's right there in the yoglabs. Trust me, I did my research, that's the exact same spawn point that Peculier left for them in the Stoneholm episode, meaning they would respawn there if they died, meaning that is THE one and only SOI world.

They have to CREATE the maps they play on as well thats why its taking so long. They make there maps long enough for each "Season" which is around 10 episodes each.

The reason Shadow of Israphel hasn't returned is because the world got corrupted. They are in the process of rebuilding the Shadow of Israphel world and it will take quite a long time. Just be patient and wait. They're just trying to fill in the time with all these new games and adventure maps.
