Kim is all over the place but the communication with Zylus didn't help. Sjin, for example, generally kept it clear and concise with "LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, STRAIGHT AHEAD, RIGHT, RIGHT, HARD LEFT". Where as Zylus would wait till 2 seconds before a turn and garble out "Ok, you need to go up there, on the, no the left, yes, no you're going the right way, its alright, yea-no the marker is on the left, just go left".
