MCM Q and A #2 Lewis, Sips and Hat Films Part 1

The Yogscast really benefits from having more A-type personalities like Turps and Hat Films for these live events. Because as much as I love the Yogscast, a lot of them are rather uncomfortable in these situations. Even Lewis doesn't quite know how to act in front of a large group of fans. Hat and Turps really help things be a lot more fan-friendly. Cheers to them for that.

Tre B Sips is always great at meet and greets too (I have been to most in the UK as i try to attend all the comic con, insomnia and egx conventions regardless if yogs are there or not). Sips always makes an effort to see all the fans, he will hang around the meet and greet so people who dont have time to queue meet him as well as sitting in the meet and greet past his allocated session so more people can get signings. On the last day of comic con after everyone else had gone home he stayed with me and my friend for 20-40min talking about his series and showing apps and stuff! He really is good to the fans on top of (in my opinion) being the funniest yogs member.

I found the two Hatters quite awkward here, being a bit overbearing to cover that. Lewis on the other hand whilst looking a bit worse for wear gives the sort of measured answers I'd want to hear from a panel. Agree on Turps though, that guy was made for live events.

Kareem Mustafa I prefer Strippin to Simon as he fits in so well with the Hatfilms guys (it's just I find the content on his channel a bit lacking/just not in my interests), then we have Sips above that, but my favourite member of the Yogscast overall has gotta be Smith

I've kind of been drifting away from the Yogscast lately, even the main channel and Sips which I never thought would happen but for some reason I just decided to check this q&a out and it's really reminded me why I'll always love these guys. Even though my interests are changing and I don't watch their videos as much I still enjoy the group dynamic and their senses of humor, always a laugh.

FYI- anyone who comments saying that Lewis looked "grumpy," "bored," or just unhappy to be there, he wasn't. Do you know how exhausting it is to sit down in one spot for hours upon hours making small talk with hundreds of people? When I met him, he was the loveliest guy ever and looked so happy to be there. You're forgetting everything that happened with Notch; how it put Lewis and Simon off of going to cons and meetings because of those pathetic rumours a supposed grown man spread. He WAS happy to be there, he WAS a lovely guy, and he DID make an effort.

I've enjoyed all the E3 content but this was the funniest yet. As for a modding API, Mojang reclassified this a while back to only being a "plugin API". This more likely means that all the work they're putting into models and command blocks will ultimately become a resource pack-based modding system of some sort. In other words, near useless for the kinds of mods we're currently used to, where mods tap directly into the code of the game via Java and do almost anything they want.
