In the collection, the clothing had more structure overall. The silhouettes were straighter and more rigid than usual.
It all started with a navy military P-coat he bought in a vintage shop last season.
When he came to Paris in September to present his S/S womens collection, he packed so quickly that he forgot to bring his jackets. His friend brought him to Doursoux at Montparnasse. A vintage shop specialized in military items.
“You don’t have much leeway in mens fashion… It draws its inspiration either from formalwear, sportswear, riders fashion, or uniform/military. So, you have to play with little details, like the buttons, the pockets, the shoulder straps, the closures (…)”
