Take what I say with a grain of salt, but I would like to share what I have observed. From what I've picked up is that Faye is a deep feeling person. She wears her emotions on her sleave and it's hard for her to hide what she feels. IMO, she caught feelings early on. Yoko, like she says, is afraid to love but I believe there is autheticity in what she feels for Faye, she just didn't want commitment. And that's perfectly fine. Wounds heal in time. No one can rush the process. She's already hinted that Faye is her ideal type. So in a way, fans can just find comfort in that and they shouldn't push for more. We'll all see in time.
