Sir , I did same steps and make my first testuser program on Centum vp with help of this Centum CS vedio. Sir , actually I did work in field instrument from last 4 years , I did interview in Schneider electric & Emerson but not shortlisted for final round....sir how can I join software company please guide me.

To join a software development company , you need to entirely meet their needs for a team member.My thoughts are: 1-If they are a solution partner of a brand , you need to be an expert level to apply. 2-They need an independent , strong problem solver and a creator to start the project from the beginning. 3-To be successful candidate , besides all technical issues, you need to be great in communication and prove leadership in your past experience. 4-You need to know as many as software platform and hardware platform that is popular in your region for a successful result. For Centum VP you need SIH6310 package (Fuzzy-logic control package - Advanced control (engineering) ) .
