They are great for wet grip have very great life but are made of very hard compound and you will hate obnoxiously high road noise I’m using them from 17 months if you ride on highway for long periods beware of road noise

My friend suggested this. Sadly, what you said is true. I hear road noise starting even at 80 which was negligible with my almost worn out MRF. Even Bridgestone is good at reducing road noise. This one will start to hum. Installed it today, can't tell more like the longevity, road grip.. only drove it for hardly 25KM

Haha what a coincidence i have changed my HONDA WRV tyres to Yokohama Earth -1 . Upsized to 205/60,R16. Grip levels are too good as you said compared to old Goodyear assurance. Happy Motoring.

Drove like 1000km upto this point. Haven't faced any issue so far. I recommend 205/60 upsizing. If you are going beyond that, make sure to reduce the sidewall.

Interesting as some if the users complained about the Earth1 road noise getting worse than stock cheap tyres the only con I have noticed in the reviews.

Well it hasn't for me. Close to 2K kilometres now and still very quiet cabin.

I upgraded it in my altis... these are great tyres... road grip has improved... car feels more planted.. high-speed stability is great.. One draw back is tyre noise on cement roads.... its horrible... Where as in tar roads its not that bad
