Question to all of you: in this video I shifted earlier as I had many comments complaining that I hold the RPM too high. What do you guys think? Is it better like this or should I go back to shifting at higher RPM, how I actually drive the car off camera. The GT-R does not really like low RPM that much and I had another GT-R before this that I drove for 150,000km shifting at high RPM mostly and the engine never had issues.

Problem is that most people including in big foreign companies can't speak English at all so you need to learn Japanes it you want to get a job here. I recommend going to a Japanese language school here in Japan. It costs about 6000 euro for one year which is enough to get to business level.
