I'm glad she shut that down without going into specifics. Beautiful answer. And all women don't want to be married. Most of us don't NEED or WANT a man to feel complete. she wanted to be married because she did it twice. Also, both were abusive..so i disagree with her not being open about it. She got into another one so that speak alot because she wasn't healed. From my perspective, she has a genuine loving heart. That comes from upbringing. I hope Yolanda takes more time out to teach West about God. If we are TRULY living for Jesus Christ our lives are NOT our own. The BIBLE says we have been brought with a price. God will ALWAYS use the negative things to glorify HIS Name, this is called a Christian's testimony. I believe she missed an opportunity to testify how God brought her victory and healing through that experience. This is "witnessing" for Jesus Christ and NOT rehashing one's past. I am 💯 sure it would have "encouraged" a viewer who finds themselves in the midst of an abusive relationship to turn to Jesus Christ.

Can You Show Me The Scriptures That Says The Most High God Is Called She Or It???
@janepatton81002 жыл бұрын
The worth and dignity of a soul is measured by what it delights in! And delight/happiness is our highest desire. Men have killed to have it. Kings have gone mad trying to find it. Wars have served it. Affairs have worshiped it. We all seek it. Sadly, billions have died without discovering its secret... namely, that joy is not an it, but a He. The Gospel is the good news that sinners can delight in a Holy God. It's the good news that all of our deepest desires are satisfied in the ONE who sent His Son to bring us to Him. . God is so valuable and so satisfying that the most loving thing he could do for us is to make Himself gloriously indispensable. He is the only being in the universe for whom self-exaltation is the highest virtue. Therefore, God's commitment to be glorified and our goal to be satisfied are not at odds but come to simultaneous consummation in the worship of His Son... who took upon Himself the Wrath that God had towards us in our sinful disregard of Him. A wrath that could never be appeased through man-made religion. Jesus didn't die to turn the world into a paradise, he died so that we could stop seeking paradise in the world... Temporal things such as beauty, popularity, money, sex, racial identity, gender reassignment... can never truly satisfy. BECAUSE WE WERE MADE FOR SO MUCH MORE! We were made to gaze intently into the Eternal Beauty of a majestic King, Father, and God... meet Jesus the Christ. Life is hard, God is good, Glory is coming 😊... Thanks for taking the time to read this comment. May God bless you with all things necessary for life and goodness. God Bless!

…. When she said “he or she or it” nah, it’s a no for me. We cannot compromise the gospel of Christ and who God is to bring Him down to a particular level that it will palatable for folks practicing sin. The Word of God is the Word all by itself. Trying to gain the world and losing your own soul is not it. You don’t compromise who God is to make Him more “progressive” for others. If they need milk and not meat then give them milk.

It would be so nice to see a "Christian" not compromise on a public platform. It is inevitable that if you truly follow the God of the Bible that you're going to offend. We can love the sinner, but not the sin. Yes, Jesus was in the company of sinners, but He never compromised or changed His beliefs to fit in. Christians need to get a backbone and be unapologetic when it comes to their beliefs. The unbeliever is unapologetic about what they believe, so why should we be?
