Yolanda Adams reveals the domestic violence she endured during her marriage. From 1987-1990 Yolanda was married to Troy Mason. Adams said spousal abuse was the reason for their divorce. Interviewed by Bev Smith. Richard Smallwood in attendance.

I ignored direct personal warnings too, I wanted to be married and have kids so badly, so I know exactly what you mean, but GOD still helped me to not show fear, No Fear, is how I became the victor and not a victim. He gave me the mind to be bold, reject and be ready to fight, I don’t know where, what or how, but it wasn’t going down like that!
