The reason it always made so much sense why he always gravitated towards Liyema when he had to regroup and be his calm self. He "saw" her, and she "saw" him while everyone saw the disruptive guy. Their low-key high intelligence and not loud about it characters drew them to each other. They both lie low and then strike. This is something that can't be denied.
