This is rennellese/bellonese, a Polynesian language spoken in the Renelle and Bellona province in the Solomon Islands, ngaoi means good which comes from the dialect of Laoi. L in Bellonese is pronounced like Ng. For example Lua (Number 2) would be Ngua.
