We are complete beginners and unprepared citizens in terms of construction.
Artyom and I both lived in a village house with stove heating in childhood and adolescence in villages with grandmothers. That is, there is an experience of life in the village, there is something to compare it with.
But they vaguely understood what they had to pay attention to during construction and planning.
I drew the house plan and the general idea myself on a piece of paper and asked the foreman, "can you do it this way?"
We were lucky with the builders. It was built by a private team on my word of honor, not by a company. A special person, with whom the foreman has been working for a long time, was engaged in the procurement of materials. All materials were collected and brought to us in the Vyazemsky district from the city of Chekhov.
We started building both houses in November, and in early March we already stopped by to live with the whole menagerie.
The gas tank and septic tank were installed before the start of construction, I will make a video about them separately.
The well was also dug before the construction.
We are now living in the village for the second winter. It is in winter that the main shoals come out. So far, I can't notice anything critical.
