To sir training ke time sab images me anchor box use karenge jisme 2 obj ke bounding box ka mid point same nahi hai?

Yes. Har training example main 2 anchor box honge. They need not have the same mid point.

bounding boxes are predictions from your network. Anchor boxes are predefined actual or ground truth boxes that will be used by the network to check how similar their bounding box as compared with the anchor box.
