Hi, I bought HAILO L8 to improve the speed, any experience with HAILO module?

You will definitely experience an improvement in response time (for inference engine applications) with the RPi Foundation's hardware. If budget permits, invest in an SSD (your choice of capacity) with a dual M.2 HAT (a la Seed Studio). You can still use your Hailo board, and you will gain significant benefits in training your own models.

@@MathaGoram I struggle to use the HAILO module with the usb and IP cam, only the rp-cam examples work, but I bought it to do person detection on my outdoor ip cameras. Do you have the HAILO module:? I have SSD but not 2 slots , is the dual slot ready to offer full speed to both? Sure?

@@SA-oj3bo Unfortunately, I don't have any Hailo daughter board to compare notes with you presently. I'll look into your predicament after the winter break. I'm a self-inflicted victim of "Oh, there is a faster board" and I'm waiting for the shipment of the faster Hailo board that has yet to cross the pond. Not only that, but I filled in the form at the Hailo site to buy a board, but the Hailo marketing team never responded.
