YOLOv5 I Raspberry pi 4B I Object Detection test with Image and Video by yolov5s.pt

Python venv was built on Raspberry Pi 4B with installed Ubuntu OS. Moreover some related packages including OpenCV and PyTorch was installed within python venv to run YOLOv5. In the video, YOLOv5 default detect.py which imports yolov5s.pt and coco128.yaml dataset was used for object detection test on images and real-time videos. However, Raspberry Pi 4B for real-time video detection typically takes around 1 to 2 seconds for each result.

what os are u using? pytorch is not working in my raspi4b. Also how did u pass the .pt file to raspi? whenever i pass the .pt file from desktop to raspi using google drive, its file type is changing

I use Ubuntu 22.04 desktop OS on RPi 4B and transfer files by put/get commands by sftp. Maybe you can try it.
