I just bought the 1000z last week. It feels right to me to compensate for the smash power with a rapid push attack and shuttle control.

As owner of the above two racquets, I will give my 2cents here: 100ZZ is more slightly more skillful players who love attacking games, the smashes and esp sudden drops are on point whilst giving you some control. However I realized when you’re playing front court this racquet doesn’t respond that well to fast returns. The nanoflare on the other hand excels in the front court especially net plays and those requiring quick reflexes. However it doesn’t give that much power and speed to your smashes~ therefore it really boils down to the type of player you are, if you love attacking game and love smashing, 100ZZ. Control speed and positioning, 1000ZZ.

100zz is much more demanding and takes a toll on your arm after few heavy swings. Nanolfare is easier to play, snappier but not as powerful.

Bang, saya baru sahaja start main badminton minggu lepas.
@vsmashsports4 ай бұрын
Hai. tahniah kerana sudah bermula bermain badminton! untuk permulaan you boleh cuba raket yang play series. boleh cuba siri raket play series yang head heavy seperti astrox 99 play, 88d play.

I’m confused which to get . Is the 100zz really bad for defending?
@vsmashsports6 ай бұрын
Nanoflare 1000Z is head light series which able to help in fast respond. Astrox 100ZZ is head heavy series which able to produce powerful shoots. Perhaps, if you could able to let us know your playing style? Some people will feel that Astrox 100ZZ bad for defending this is because of the weight in racquet is heavy compared to Nanoflare 1000Z.
@Kamikazejets5 ай бұрын
The word "bad" is not the right word. Both are good rackets for defense. It's just that the Nanoflare 1000z has a faster swing, while the Astrox 100zz is also fast but not as fast as the 1000z. In terms of attacking power, the Astrox 100zz generates power easier than the Nanoflare 1000z. With good timing on the sweet spot, the Nanoflare 1000z can generate powerful shots as well, but as I said, it’s easier with the Astrox 100zz. The Nanoflare 1000z is a fast racket, while the Astrox 100zz is a power racket. It's all depend on your playing style and what feel good in your hand.

Already own the 100zz since released. now in dilemma wanna get the 1000z or the 88D Pro 3rd gen. i know the 88D Pro would suit me no matter what cause ive been using head heavy since voltric 80, Z Force, Z Force II, Astrox 77 and currently 100zz. but im really curious how the 1000z perform especially when yonex decided do to the fastest world record using this instead the astrox series. Unfortunately, none friend of mine having 1000z for me to try on court and its to expensive for me just buying it for experiment cause i might not like it. i played mostly as back court player. been thinking for few weeks already and still hasnt decided. if money is not an issue i would get both at the same time for sure. XD
@vsmashsports27 күн бұрын
Given your history with head-heavy rackets and your backcourt playstyle, Astrox 88D Pro 3rd Gen seems like the safer choice that aligns well with your established preferences. The Astrox 1000Z is intriguing, especially for its speed, but since you have concerns about making a significant investment without being able to try it first, it might be best to wait until you can demo one or find a friend who has it. If you do decide to go with the 88D Pro, it’s likely to enhance your game without requiring a significant adjustment period! :)

Not really slow tho. i mean the shaft is slim and the rotation tech they put on the racket make the swing speed increase
