I'm not 'easily triggered', but for about 1 year after this man mowed down 25 people [mostly women] with his unmarked white panel van, killing at least 10 instantly and maiming the rest, many having life-altering limb amputations, I still find the sight of an unmarked white panel van to be a trigger even now. He seems to completely understand what he did and appears to have zero regrets. What a horrific person!

Psychiatric care is a failure now in Canada. Far too many people are un-medicated and un-treated. Just walk through the urban areas of any city. Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Hamilton and many other cities and you'll see the exact same thing. You'll see sufferers of all mental disabilities and psychiatric disorders from you name it to you name it at every corner. You'lll hear them talking to themselves in public washrooms. You'll see people injecting themselves. Psychiatric care needs to be reformed. Either that or maybe it's the food we are eating that's making us all nuts.
