Let's say I have the light connected to a wall power outlet. And I set the color to blue and max brightness. If the power goes out and comes back on again does the light turn on automatically and keeps the color and brightness settings? Can you please check?

It looks like you got the lamp with a power source. How come? I got it in Poland, and it comes with NO power source. Foreign shops also offer it with no batteries or charger.

when you bought it should have come with a powe source, contact the seller, it does not come with a free NPF battery ...
