hello!! yooil-nim~~! I can totally relate that procrastination and feeling down during significant exams. I too do the same things as you did when there comes to a topic that I do not know how to handle or I am not confident with, so I will take my sweet time to do normal things like skincare, cook, brush teeth just to avoid it but at last, I have to them anyways and cause I cannot afford to give up on it!! it felt really touching to see that I am not the only one doing this ...ofc I knew there would be more people like me but watching it made me feel more touched and less anxious! I'm going through the same now but an extreme version of it! I'm in vet school now and to give my parasitology finals in 2days but I'm finding it terribly hard to focus now. Everything was fine in freshman yr before the 1&1/2 yr long break due to covid. I used to be one among the top students in class but now after coming back to campus last yr(got avg scores with last minute studying for last yr's finals), it's ljke some part of my brain has stopped functioning!! Can't focus at all even after knowing I might even fail my exams if I don't study now. I've no problem concentrating in class . But since I'm from a country with no access to public study areas or library facilities after school hours, I'm confined to my hostel room for the rest of the day which is where I lose every ounce of my self discipline and wasted hours on end. Now this is a first for me, but I've my public health exam in few hours and here I'm on uoutube. I've lost the ability to even care it seems. What will be uour suggestions to someone going through my situation?

유일님! 1년 정도 영상 보면서 댓글 처음 남겨봐요. 11:25에 공부... 또 공부를 보면서 유일님의 성실함이 화악 느껴져서 조금 감동이었어요...! 작년엔 수능을 준비하며 영상을 봤었는데 벌써 1학년 2학기를 다니며 영상을 보고 있네요...! 이제 시작이지만 대학 공부를 하게 된 입장에서 보는 유일님의 일상은 또 다른 느낌인 것 같아요. 오늘은 그냥 영상 보면서 혼자 별 생각이 다 드네요. 이렇게 혼자 공부해나가는 일이, 영상에선 단조롭게 비춰지지만 얼마나 어렵고 막막할까, 힘들까. 분명 공부를 통해 얻고자, 이루고자 하는 바가 있으셔서 계속 해나가시는 거겠죠?(없으실 수도 있지만요!) 저도 유일님처럼 진득하게, 매일 매일 공부하는 사람이 되고 싶다고, 저만의 목표가 생기면 좋겠다고 생각했어요. 거긴 어떨지 모르겠는데, 한국은 이제 곧장 선선해요. 건강 잘 챙기시고 다음 영상에서 만나요..!
