one the thing I keep in mind when talking about Yoonmin are - they are idols that are always on a type of stage and that they are facing expectations from evey side and their life and charachter is planned out by someone other then them. They can not act the way the want, say what they want or even be with who they want. and to have that kind of life while finding the one person for you that speaks to your soul - it would be heartbreaking. what you and I would normaly go through being with someone they do it while on camera and in front of everyone case for artists, the performance is the peak of creativity, passion and love for music. they are both complex - yoongi not knowing how to share with other and how to express himself outside of his own head (if its not a song), jimin finding himself, not being true to himself and how to go by it (the awards they given eachother in 2019 Yoongi said it, and its true, you can see the change in Jimin as a person and as an idol when he is being more true and not forced or in fanservice all the time), his true self, not the idol image (he said himself he needs to be more honest - the song Promise - also a love leter to Yoongi), them being to hard on themselves about all the expectations that is upon them and also their expectations of themselves as a person that is not an idol. all the members had their ups and downs, Yoongi sharing his battle with depression, self critisizm, and not being good enough in a lot of way (this here - not being good enough - goes from being disregarded for being an idol, rediculed for his looks by all, for his percived personality, to not being worth of love). he doesnt show, so Jimin acts in ways that is meant to provoke an reaction from him. also Yoongi doesnt like to be ignored so he acts out as well. to me this is the seasaw he referes, cause they can not come to terms of what they want and what they get because of what they are. but you still see genuin affection and love they have for eachother when they don't think about it much but just act. after the surgery there was a turning point, they were causiou but moving towards eachother again, yoongi is working on healing (Road to D-day), Jimin also. to me, Set me free pt 2 is a middle finger to everyone that has been holding him down (but now Yoongi, cause whether they are together or not, Yoongi lifts Jimin up, he always wants for him the best, he praises him, he guides him ), so to me it feels like he is telling the world around him that he is free to be him and to fly how he likes. there is also a maturity to them after the surgery, in those situations you grow up and see things differently, even if they did broken up and were not together, Jimin showed his commitment to Yoongi being there for him, and supporting him, without expecting anything but Yoongi to get better and to be back. so they were looking things differently. but still the old wounds are there, and they are still dealing with the residue of their history (the saying, old habits die hard) but to me Amygdala shows us just how much Yoongi was struggling and what it took for him to heal and to live life to the fullest. and to accept love that was there for him. Just listen to JImins hidden track Letter, if he wanted to be free from Yoongi, why write such refrain. they had hard times but we see the work and the progress they made. and I respect them for not making their relationship a fancervice, the bond yes, but the relationship no. but they do give us hints and clues. and I live for those. I just want them to be healthy and happy, and to give and recive love from whoever they choose. great content. please continue. appreciate the effort you put in.

Hey, thank you very much for your comment and I would agree with you, except 2 things maybe. The first one is fanservice. I am now begging everyone to not use this word in a context to other BTS' members interactions. Because of this them Jimin gets a lot of hate. Also the second one point that I wanna mention is the song "Letter". It has nothing to do with Yoongi, it's written about ARMYs. In 2020 in the beginning of pandemic, as BTS discussed how they can name their upcoming song (LGO), Yoongi said that it can be named "Letter" and Jimin wrote in down. So I think Yoongi inspired him to name this song like this, but it is really about ARMYs and I really don't want to think about the song as a song about somebody else, cause the lyrics are really clear. Jimin also said it several times, so I think it's better to listen to him.

@@yoomeen7799 I agree in regards to fanservice being the source of hate, for Jimin especialy, but in this I mean that yoongi never gave in to their relationship being there for the fans in concerts or other events, like for example taekook (again, no hate, I love love, who ever they choose and however, taekook are special to me too). the comment was for them (yoonmin) to flaunder it and to gain points for bts based on that. they are not hiding it. yoonmin is about subtle, about hints, looks, passing touches, and gestures. the feed off of the love in their performaces (the busan conceret example) but its not up front. I have to dissagree with you on Letter, to me, its hidden for a reason, and its about yoongi and the promises they made ot eachother past and present. but I respect that you have that point of view. its ok to dissagree.

As myself a guitarist, I can say that you can't breack a string intentionally while feeling nervous or what. A guitar string is very strong, you can't breack it just like that. The only way to breack it intentionally is while playing very hard and loud. But, that's not the case hear., he was just tuning lightly his guitar. The string broke by itself because of normal wear and tear.

i also want to point out that yoongi wrote people pt 2 during 2020 in which the lyrics are written from the perspective of someone who is on the verge of losing someone / a break up. in the honey fm radio show yoongi did with jimin that same year the live was sort of awkward in the sense that yoongi made it a point to ask why jimin didn’t come to his daechwita shoot and he straight up said to him i want you to long for me more and “oh you do want me!” it’s almost like that was one of the reasons they were having issues because yoongi has trouble showing affection to his loved ones the way they want him to or maybe he is ashamed of something and can’t show affection like he should towards jimin? also in continuation in people pt 2 yoongi says he’s always the loser of the game referring to his solo song seesaw that has already been confirmed to be connected to serendipity and not to mention the lyrics also have you know i know as we all known is jimin and yoongi’s saying yoonmin broke up / were having issues confirmed 🤷🏻‍♀️ but i believe they are back together

Tbh I'm still confused if they came together or not, cause Jimin keeps saying that this lasted for a while, like 2 years or something. I think, there is much more than just a fight, because the songs from 2021 and 2022 were also not too optimistic. Maybe they just stayed as friends until 2023, cause this year I see a better dynamic of them two.

@applesda I will make an analysis about "Like crazy", it's actually a breakup song, Jimin says it himself. But he means, it's written about the breakup with friends. I personally see some things that show that "Like crazy" has romantic feelings and not the ones you have for your friends, also "SDL" from "D-Day" feels like a breakup song. The amont of songs are written in 2020 or about the time from 2020 and to 2022, also before the 2023.

Я не люблю кого-то шипперить, но взаимоотношения Чимина и Юнги и правда заставили задуматься насчет «а вдруг?». Многое, что им приписывают, а ля «любят трогать друг друга, любят смотреть друг на друга», не выглядит как подтверждение, потому что в Корее это вроде как не в новинку + у Юнги такое же отношение еще и к Хоби, и к (тут мое сердце сжимается) Техену. А про Чимина я вообще молчу: он душа компании, он многих трогает и смотрит с любовью. Но все же… Не знаю, как объяснить. Другой уровень - так что ли? - этих прикосновений и взглядов, плюс всегда высказанная вслух поддержка друг друга заставили меня поверить в них. Но потом что-то пошло не так: все заметили, что в 2018-2020 они очень отдалились друг от друга. Не хочу прозвучать грубо, но считать, что вся группа завязана на романтических отношениях между парнями… странно. Вряд ли все 7 или бОльшая часть из них би. Тем не менее, мне кажется, без Тэ и, возможно, Чона тут не обошлось. Без обвинений! Ни в коем случае. Если они расстались, если у них токсичные отношения , для чего они так усердно поддерживали друг друга в промоушене? Можно было поддержать в соцсетях репостами, комментариями и пр., если Юнги хотел/хочет уйти/устал/надоело зачем он бросив всё приехал на 5 минут к Чимину на шоу, зачем?! Я могу понять когда Юнги пригласил Чимина на Сучвиту, но зачем было вдвоем ходить на шоу "Просто оправдание" и так прекрасно там взаимодействовать? Почему когда Чимини был на трансе с Юнги после концерта, Юнги весь светился, а на трансе после следующего концерта Юнги был совершенно поникший? и таких вопросов можно задать еще много. Вы анализируете только песни, не беря во внимание, что в мире Юнминов не только они вдвоем, у них компания , страна, которые давят на них, родители, бесконечные тренировки, поездки и они могут находиться в угнетенном или наоборот восторженном эмоциональном состоянии, о чем мы никогда не узнаем. Творческие люди могут написать песню под влиянием ежеминутного эмоционального всплеска, о чем и говорили Юнги и Намджун на Сучвите, что иногда они даже не помнят под влиянием каких эмоций была написана та или иная песня. Также не стоит забывать , что они очень стрессанули в 2020 году, когда был отменен мировой тур, о чем опять же они сами говорили неоднократно и представьте себе в каком подавленном и разочарованном состоянии они находились, о чем опять же и Юнги, и Чимин упоминали. Анализ прекрасный, но уж очень узконаправленный.

Yoongi also has said several times "Chingu" when he talked about Jimin in 2023, it means friend. I don't know, what to say, cause I doubt that Yoongi could say something like "my boyfriend" or "my lover" at this time, but they also can be just friends and brothers. This is also possible, our theories are just theories and we don't know the truth. We should think of them in both ways: they can be a couple or they are just brothers.
