Hi girl! You need to eat something light before the work out, some dry fruits, an apple would suffice. You tend to get the vomiting sensation and dizzy otherwise, on empty stomach. I hope this helps ❤

Have a banana or coconut water to avoid the puking sensation, avoid acidic stuff like lemon on empty stomach before workout. Post workout u can have a heavy smoothie with some cacao powder- it hypes up the mood completely. I used to think the same way to wake up early and go to the gym compulsorily but I had no energy in the morning before breakfast so I switched to evening time and after that I have hardly skipped a day. Hope u benefit from ur gymming journey too, it is one of the best decisions- for mental health as well. Btw loving ur vlogs 💕💕

Good to see you taking one step higher⭐️ try coconut water as post workout drink, also during workout sip a hydrating liquid(plain water is the best)from time to time when your body sweat excessive. Keep it up 👍⭐️👍

Hey sister I just want to tell you that it’s not so healthy to eat fruits in an empty stomach because fruits contain acid . And since our stomach produces gastric juice which is also acidic , your acidity increases.

So you just started gym. Body will take some time to cooperate with this new schedule. Eat a banana before you go to gym. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Buy protein shake to have it post gym session to have energy in the body, you can eat a protein bar as well. Just remember slowly and steadily. Do not pressure your body to adjust. @@yooparebe protein shake is a complete no no specially if you want to lose weight, it takes months to get digested rather go for any natural alternatives for protein and energy. Nature has every thing that a human body needs, no need for any artificial processed food items even if it comes under the banner of so called "healthy shake or food xyz", that all are nothing but marketing gimmicks. JUST GO NATURAL !

You need to check up first, and your diet is very important sis, need 7-8 hours sleep. Before workout banana Khao half hours before yeh aap ko help karenge. After workout don't drink water immediately rest kar k half hour k baat piyo. Diet sapse jaruri hai follow diet properly.

Hi Yoopa! I have been on a fitness journey on and off. Right now I’m consistent from past 6 months and lost around 7 kgs with healthy eating and consistent workouts. What I do is drink warm water as soon as I wake up and if i’m very hungry then eat a banana if it is available 😂 otherwise the best thing is eat balanced dinner and in the morning you won’t be too hungry. I can write a lot of things but it will be too long😂 so I hope this helps. If you want to ask anything please feel free❤I promote healthy eating and weightloss.

Just stop eating outside and avoid carbs. Workout is all about 70% diet and 30% exercise.For me if you are living in Delhi people walk a lot, so no need for gym just eat in less portion. As it's says those who do workout they need more workout.

You should eat rice or other carbs after workout or you can take post workout (protein shake or bar) I guess it will help you.

Good luck Yoopa! You need to include protein in your diet such as paneer, lentils or beans for energy. Eating a banana or apple before your workout will also help not feeling nauseous.

Please have some protein within 1 hour after workout with your fruit bowl. And you don't need to consume detox drinks like lemon water and wheat grass water if you do not like themgolden cuz they do nothing for weight loss, haan nutritional benefits hai. Just stay in calorie deficit by keeping track of your daily calorie intake. And workout ki intensity dhire dhire badhao, ek hi baar me honu banoge to aise hi vomiting lagega aur muscles sore ho jaege phir workout karne ki motivation chali jaegi. That's it, you are golden.

@@yooparebe Aur jo pasand hai ghar ka wo khao. Koi dikkat nhi hai. Roti pasand hai to roti khao. Bread pasand hai to bread khao. Bas calorie calculate karo ki ek din me kitna calorie kha ri ho. Jitna calorie khana hai to weight loss k liye us hisab se khao. Aur dieting mat bolo cuz dieting bologe to zyada din continue nhi kar paoge. Isliye jo pasand hai ghar ka khana wo khao but limited amount me khao.

See don't take me wrong , as tum veg khati ho only tumhara protine intake ko increase karna hoga, consultant a good gym deit consultant and take a good diet also try to take sleep 8 hours
