I made this today and it was beautiful! It pulled apart just like the video, it was so light and fluffy, I thought I was about to put cotton candy in my mouth. The flavor would have been much better if I hadn't forgotten to add the salt but even then it was really good. I will make several loaves tomorrow to share with coworkers, this time I won't forget the salt! Thank you for this amazing recipe!

As a novice in baking, I've tried it. The bread was unbelievably very soft and fluffy. I have to come and say "thank you so much" for developing this easy yet wonderful recipe for everyone in this hard time. At first after first fermentation my dough was so sticky that I thought I failed but after baking, it was still very soft and delicious. THANKS. I really appreciate it.

This is the best bread recipe ever! I've made it 5 times already and everytime bread turns perfect. One time, I added some honey and cut it in more pieces and I got a delicious sweet bread for coffee. Thanks a lot for this beautiful video and this recipe. Thank you for making this bread recipe, I've made it twice and the results are all good. For the first one I made using water, the fermentation is better but I don't like the taste. Then today I tried to make it again with milk, I thought it wouldn't work but finally it worked and the taste of the bread was softer with milk than water 🤩 ohhh yes, I also filled it with chocolate paste as a taste variation and it's even more delicious, good luck to your channel🥦❤

Yes, but you need to reduce the water. Try only 80% water first than add a bit more if you need.

I made them and they came out more like dinner/bread rolls. Still good and soft, but it's more of a spongy texture. Could be because i shaped them differently but this recipe is still good!

Mine was long, quiet and full of cooking a bit more than normal. Not everyone made it through 2020, but that is part of life for everyone. I wanted to know why you add milk to your egg wash? I dont some do and dont so I always ask why? Also is your pullman loaf the smallest one? Tks

Hi Lava, Please at only 90% of water if you want to make double my recipe in the warm weather (use 100% of water in Winter). You may reduce 10% of sugar and salt. But be aware that the salt is helping to make the gluten structure. Have fun! 😀
