One thing most ppl forget is that when Yorrichi fought Muzan, Muzan didn’t know thate he’s strong asf so he didnt use his fleshy monster with bone whips form. If they fought again Muzan would know that Yorrichi is strong asf and would try attacking him with his final form, causing Yorrichi to only mid diff him.

He came back in his final form, the form was mostly white and it had mouths coming ut of his body

Please be rational, Yoriichi is a character that was created to be the god of demon slayer, that is supported by multiple statements in the manga, him being weaker than Muzan makes 0 sense, it just means that the story makes no sense.
