Justin York told me when I asked for some advice on using his IR's with Fractal that he designed them not to need high cuts. I have cut down to 8000khz and it really sucks the air out. I love how much thought he put into these to make them as easy to use as possible. There truly is nothing comparable. Ownhammer and Celestion are among packs I've tried and they all fall short.

Hey Chris ! Thanks for your comment and experience ! That’s why I also used his IRs in this video without any cuts except for one part. I do see the air cutting part out of it but do have to say that in certain situations / monitors live it really helps me to sit better in the mix. All great tools, use them how it fits :)

Yep leave the IR alone but add a parametric eq after the cab and do cuts to your desire there. It’s sweeter
