Pete York sounds and looks like he's singing down the local Workingmen's Club, to be honest. Everything else is superb. Colin Hodgkinson was the first bass player I ever saw live. He was playing with Alexis Korner.

Colin Hodgkinson, love how he can just whip at a bass like it's a guitar and it still sounds amazing (check yourselves bassplayers, we don't sound like this when playing chords for the most part!). He is a true giant in the field of bass guitar. Noone ever mentions but he is british, yet sounds like a true ol' southern boy in his diddies. What a talented, well humoured guy.
