My father said, "Take those to your PPP Agent so she can cancel the hearing. You're just being NASTY wanting to wait 'till court. Don't make her present false allegation to the hearing officer just so you can show the hearing officer your paychecks." Judge; Dismisses claim of :"Violating probation"....and terminates 5-year Probation sentence after 1.5 years, 3.5 years EARLY. When YOU ignore the parents' advice, you just look arrogant. When the OFFENDER ignore parents' advice: Hearing Officer releases Offender from supervision. No court, no condition of Probation, no PPP Agent trumps listening to the Offender's parents.
