York Delta T510 Treadmill

I have a T500 model, how does the tilt angle work? I bought this treadmill today and even though I set the angle on the panel, the treadmill does not rise, have I done something wrong?

I'm really confused about its measurements. Its setup dimensions are 1700 x 870 x 1400mm. How is that possible? It doesn't look to be that big in the video.
