I went there three times. Twice with my band, 'The Way', in 87 (Sounds Good) & 89 (Calendar), and the other time to see The New Statesman being filmed (the one where Alan goes to Hollywood)... went for a pint with Rik and the show's publicist/my mate, Shanti, afterwards in the bar.

I remember this being on tv in the mid nineties. Fascinating documentary about the building of the studios in Kirkstall Road, glad that they have been given a reprieve.

All the great things that were produced here and now ITV is reduced to the likes of bloody Loose Women & Love Island, from parts of the country we're not bothered about. Bring back the proper YTV
