Here is another video from one of our fossil hunts, make sure to stick around to the end of the video to see the special fossil at the end! This is an insight into the past, what life was like 180 Million Years Ago even before many of the most famous land-dwelling Dinosaurs ever existed.

I wish sometimes you would save them and prep them with a compressor. They are good finds but sometimes they look like the hammer method didn't do them justice.

Amazing to me as how you can see all the layers of sedimentation. I live in Alberta where it is prairie land but not too from the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Driving to Banff or Jasper you can see the layers but nothing up close as I’m a senior now and have to use a walker. This is one of the reasons why I love your videos, everything is so close to you!

I watch these videos because they remind me of fun times collecting on the Eastern coast of US. The wind reminds me of the very best collecting days. High winds and storms were an auspicious sign! Cheers!

I like it that you put items on rocks for others to see. When you complete university, you could become an archeologist such as Phil Harding of Wessex. Years ago, I visited friends in Malmesbury & Devizes in Wilts.

Came across your channel a few days ago,... I do understand your excitement in finding new finds! But I do wish you would prepare them at home! Using a big heavy mallet like that could cost you your best find in a life time! And it would be you and your impatience that would have caused the damage!

young friend! I think it would be more interesting if you would collect and comment on the lake tang than to collect and present ammonites in everyone, every film. i liked the first films of you. everything well done. but at some point it’s enough. film your collections, take your time, cut different film sequences and then make a film. otherwise sooner or later nobody will be interested in your films. just good advice from an old hare from detschland.

Another great video. Take this with a grain of salt, since super windy beaches seem to be the basic theme here, is there a way to get an external mic for the camera, one with those Furry Rats to mask "some" of those wind noises. I hope you plan on making this hobby a life work. Work can be fun if you do what you love. :-) ;-) :-)

3:20 what? I didn't know that this was fossilized wood. This type of rock is pretty common in Greece and that's why I didn't pay any attention to it.
