I just tapped a version of this: Bible grain bill 26 ibu magnum (60 min) No chill Lallemand Wit yeast 100g Citra dry hop Pilsner water profile It's one of my finest ever beers. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thats a fantastic looking beer. Last 2 times ive attempted a wheat its ended up infected... none of my other beers ever do. Dunno whats unique about the wheat. Definitly gonna add this to the list ahain though after seeing this. Cheers.
