I think that a low light conditions test would be good for this scope in order to see what the light transmission is like with that 42mm objective. Also to me having all that fancy turret adjustment / setting doesn't really apply for deer shooting. You often do not have the time on a shot to mess about with that. The issue of shooting deer at extended ranges is also a point here. It could encourage shooters to start taking shots at unethical ranges as they think the fancy turrets make them better shots. Its more suited to long range varminting that a deer stalking scope.
