@@marcrichter3230 i am sorry for not replying. it was a 4-day trip in the 5th grade in okinawa, japan. a 3-hour ferry south of yoron. you had to pay $500 to stay! it was all worth it, had my mom not said i should've gone, i would've missed a wonderful experience
thank you for this advertising, just makes me feel good to see such beauty in the world. thank you from germany.

enjoying the images! I like the beauty of it, too -- what I don't like is the contamination these idiots caused out of greed and ignorance (hello to Germany: you might remember that Fukushima was reported in ARD "Weltspiegel" back in the 80s to be a suicidal installation due to seismic risks; the Japanese wankers-in-charge replied to this by proudly presenting a control-room chair tugged to the floor with some chain, to "prove" how smart they were...)! It makes me sick, and planet Earth cannot afford losing the entire Pacific region -- that's almost half of the planet (and who really knows what's leaking over 'to us' living on the NE Atlantic shorelines). These poor people (and animals) wading and splashing around in contaminated Japanese coastal waters... So sad.

@Kate Wolf absolutely, and it's about time we shifted away from what's been misdirected due to plutonium "demand" reasons. I am aware of that. There's an experimental plant in Halden, Norway where I believe they try the Thorium and also allegedly would be able to burn plutonium waste in the process. This would be good (other than that these morons placed it right in the town center which is insane, however less-dangerous Thorium is; but the plutonium deliveries -- for burning it along the way -- are alone not suitable for "residential" under the zoning laws of any country, except the idiot Scandinavians who always believe their government is "right" and trustworthy :))) But yeah, let's see if something good can come from that. Plutonium waste storage is unsustainable, no matter how the world economy is booming over the next 900K years (even if it was at all doable, I would not spend my tax dollar for an industry I have no interest in, or in fact any industry if that spending is government-mandated; I make my own investment decisions and want to be the heck left alone).

OMG. Always wondered what heaven was like, music and all. I was born in Japan and left when I was an infant. There's a special place in my heart for Japan and her people. Always wanted to return. This would be the way to do it.
Beautiful imagery & music - like others, I didn't skip the ad - very happy that I learned about a new corner of the world. Hopefully one day....all the best from NYC

Yeah, as posted, a spectacular presentation of a twisted culture that imprisons non-Japanese individuals WITHOUT Charges, Bail, access to Attorneys or family or reporters. Yep a breathtaking place to visit, so long as you're willing to risk your last breath of freedom.

WE used to take in exchange students and ones name was Hedia and he was from this island. It is known as the honeymoon island to the locals because that is the place to go when you get married. His parents owned one of the major hotels on the island. The people there are amazing as well as all the people that sponsored Hedia to come to California. Have not heard from him in 30 years, but my wife and I will never forget him
