another great video, i'm really learning a lot with u. ejo, can u write the correct form of the Yoruba words ie, with the appropriate dots under the corresponding letters that way we can know where to lay emphasis. eg, u said "o ti pe ti mo mo e". i know under the second "o" in "mo" there's a dot. o se pupo

Hey Blessing, really appreciate the videos- I've been watching for a while now sporadically but I've decided to start the series from episode 1 to get a clearer understanding of the basics. One thing in this video has confused me, I've seen from another source that neighbour is 'aladugbo' but your video suggests it is actually 'aradugbo'. Is there a certain amount of fluidity with the words in the case that both versions are correct? or is my source mistaken. Thanks in advance, keep up the good work!
@DiamanteBox
@DiamanteBox 4 жыл бұрын
Aladugbo can refer to your actual neighbour whereas you can use aradugbo for your general neighbours. People on the neighbourhood so aladugbo isn’t wrong.
