Yosemite Firefall 2019 - Horsetail Fall

We traveled to Yosemite National Park to view Horsetail Fall as it lights up with the sunset. Our first two cold walks to the viewing area yielded no luck due to weather blocking the sunset. On February 18, 2019, we saw Firefall!

Pancho Valladolid we did! The park closed down one lane on the main road so pedestrians could walk to the various view points. It’s magical! Are you planning to try to see it this year?

So We Went yes we are but we also have a 4 month... 5 month (in feb) old with us. We are staying around the area for 3 days. So this is now on the list to do.

Pancho Valladolid our daughter was about 6 months when we went. We bundled her up and took her in a pack. Your family will love it!

So We Went oh that’s good to know, makes me feel a better about bringing him out there. I mean I won’t let him sit out there with me for 5 hours. Haha!
